Product Principle:

iHeir-F01 Formaldehyde Capturing Agent is a urea-based compound that, under room temperature conditions, penetrates into pollution sources such as coatings or boards with the assistance of water infiltration. It undergoes a neutralization reaction with free formaldehyde, producing a stable and irreversible resin-like solid. The reaction equation is: -NH₂ + HCHO ——> -N = CH₂ + H₂O. This reaction is not limited to liquid phases but also applies to solid and gas phases, addressing formaldehyde issues at the source. The reaction process produces no volatile substances and avoids secondary pollution.
Product Efficacy:

Coatings containing iHeir-F01 can absorb and decompose formaldehyde in the air, improving air quality and reducing the irritating odors caused by formaldehyde. It can reduce formaldehyde levels by at least 80-90% (QB/T 2761-2006; GB/T 18204.2-2014). When sprayed on surfaces such as boards, wood, fabrics, or paper, it can reduce formaldehyde emissions by up to 90%.
Usage Instructions:

It can be used as a formaldehyde capturing agent in the air or sprayed directly onto surfaces such as boards, wood, fabrics, or paper. For boards, apply the spray to both sides and the edges after purchase, after sanding, and before painting. Allow it to dry naturally for 24 hours. For finished wooden products without paint, spray directly on the inner and outer surfaces. If the surface is already painted, spray the unpainted areas such as the interior, bottom, top, and back of the wooden product.
